Chaco Canyon is an ecologically sound café that serves 100% organic products. A variety of innovative fruit and vegetable juices are available as well as teas, shade-grown espresso, Swiss-water processed decaf and fair trade drip coffee. They also provide a small raw foods menu of raw entrees, soups, dips and salads (3-5 items per day) which will rotate frequently and seasonally.

There are plans to offer raw food preparation classes and weekly raw dinners in the near future.

The café is accented by a lively Southwestern décor, featuring beautiful East-facing windows, and table and counter seating.
