Coconut/Fruit Knife
(aka SWAT Knife)

 

 

This easy-to-use knife is great for opening young Thai Coconuts quickly and easily. It can also be used for durians and other fruits. The blade is made of tough steel that's half-serrated, the handle is aluminum with rubber inserts for grip. It includes a thumb stud for one-handed opening, and it has a clip for carrying on your belt. The knife folds into the handle for traveling.
